    Podcast summary: VMWare isn't innovating. VCloud Air failed. VMWare will continue to make money for years, though, since enterprises don't innovate either.

    So enterprises will maintain and add to their vast warehouse of technical debt while resisting public IaaS gravity. Why innovate? No one expects anything from enterprise IT anyway except project failure and cost overruns.
